Most orders ship between 3-6 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email.
We are unable to refund/replace lost or undelivered packages in transit. Please make sure your delivery address is secure and correct.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may occur.
Made To Order ~
Made to order items will take anywhere from 5-10 days to fulfill prior to shipment, please be patient as I am a one woman show making sure that each magical piece is made with tender loving care!!
Returns ~
Select items such as "One-of-a-Kind" pieces are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery and may be returned only for store credit.
Made To Order items are final sale as they are made just for you! Please make sure size is correct before purchasing to make sure it is your desired fit!!
Returned items must be in original condition with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to deny any request for a return or exchange.
In the rare event that you receive an item that you believe is damaged, please email hello@ashley-allen.com within 48 hours of receiving your item with photo proof and a description of the issue.
Repairs ~
All items are eligible for free repairs. Please package items cautiously when sending for repair. Contact Hello@ashley-allen.com for further details.
Materials ~
Certain materials used are limited, and many pieces are one-of-one; therefore, they won’t be remade. Some styles are made to order, which would be noted in the product description.
Recycled glass, stone, pearls, and other natural materials are all unique and, therefore, subject to minor character differences or imperfections, but nonetheless add to the artisanal beauty of each piece.
I highly encourage everyone to please recycle all packaging materials!
